How it all got started...

The company was started in June of 1962. Jim Sr. worked by himself until 1972 when Jim Jr. finished his time in the service, with the Navy SeaBees and started working for him. Then in 1989 Rich started working for him. Rich left the Company in 2004 to pursue another job.

The only other help Jim Sr. got was when he would take some of the kids to job sites with him usually on Saturdays and during the Summer. We would do all the odd jobs or the dirty work. (at least we got dirty doing something! :-o)

In 1994 Jim Sr. retired from the company, but stayed on as the Technical Advisor, to help out on the tough problems that may occur.

He kept busy, until he passed away on August 2, 2004.

Jim Jr. has kept up the business running.
